This service is designed to provide Galician non-profit associations with access to their own domain under the .gal extension. The aim is to strengthen its presence on the internet, improve visibility and contribute to the promotion of the Galician language and culture in the digital sphere. Entities that meet the requirements can have the domain for just 10 euros.

On this page, the Galician associative fabric can find other very useful resources, such as significant discounts to opt for other services from collaborating entities. Likewise, the website incorporates a section of resources and guides, including a cybersecurity toolbox for NGOs.

The marketing director of the domain, Luis Antelo, pointed out that “among the advantages of the PuntoGal domain for associations, the reduced costs should be emphasized in the first place, but also important is the credibility and trust provided by the institutional image of PuntoGal, the improvement in visibility and positioning and the participation in a community that seeks to increase the Galician presence on the network”.
